Healthy and delicious plant based recipes that I’ve selected as favourite, because they not just taste good, but also are satisfying and nutritious. No gluten, no refined sugars, no yeast, no vinegar, mainly baked or cooked foods that are not fried and contain very little or none oil. When virgin olive oil required for poaching or frying can perfectly be replaced with a splash of water, and for baking using raw coconut oil where fat required. I am trying new recipes every week and will be adding more soon. Many of the recipes that I like still contain some of the unhealthy ingredients mentioned above and the app won’t let me edit the recipes so if you see those ingredients present, ignore them and cook your recipe without them, the recipe will be equally delicious. Please feel free to comment and ask for replacement of any ingredient you like.
