My Dad & I both ๐ lemons + blueberries. Always add extra lemon zest & juice. He is diabetic so I subbed stevia, monkfruit mix for the sugar & replaced 1/2 C regular flour with almond flour. I have a Dairy/milk allergy so used oat milk and vegan butter. The eggs are locally sourced free run. It is a family fav Ive made a keto version ( coconut/almond flour) for my brother too.
