Better than expected. I sautéed the onions and zucchini in butter with salt and pepper and 2 bay leaves to start. After adding the broth and letting in cook, I added the tomatoes sauce, spices, fresh basil and spinach and let it cook. Then, off the heat I added the milk (I used Greek yogurt!) and corrected the spices and salt. it was soooo good!! I used the recipe as a guide but i think that the modification’s definitely helped to give it more flavor.
