I tried this but cooked it on the same day because I wanted my bread to taste less sour than the overnight proofing. So, i put it on the baking tray after the dough is doubled and waited around 2 hours for it to proof (it’s so hot here so not much waiting time) and here is the result. For those who are impatient and wants less sour taste can cook it in the same day like me and the result is still perfect
