So delicious! Added in extra broccoli and peas at the same time as the courgette/zucchini and also put the tomatoes in at that point too as I prefer them more cooked. Otherwise kept it all the same, the lemon and chilli flakes worked really well although I'm not sure it needed the Basil. Servings are quite stingy so I'd say the 4 person is more for 3 and that worked out at 490kcal a portion which was ace. 100% will be making again.
