Really good, I am not vegan, just didn't want to get milk or eggs in the morning, but this is definitely a go to now. I recommend NOT using dark chocolate unless you up the sugar a lot, it makes it taste slightly bitter. Also because they are non dairy make sure to keep an eye on them, cook them on a lower heat for longer or they dont cook all the way through. They don't bubble on top when it is time to flip,like regular pancakes, you have to actually check them. Be patient, and do a test pancake or two to make sure you have the timing down
