Didn't make it a soup - used a lot less broth - more like a hash. Added mushrooms. Used cheddar jalapeño sausage. Wedged baby potatoes, which I air fried separately to crisp them. Added Cajun seasoning and lemon pepper, too. Freaking fantastic!
