Other than using spicy Italian sausage I followed recipe exactly, including the optional corn (1/3 cup). Husband said yes I could make it again, lol. Was a little thin so I added about 2 tablespoons of instant mashed potatoes. So maybe not 100% exactly. Side note: This was even better the 2nd day. Yum!
