Not bad, came to the realization it’s like a Cobb salad on a sandwich. I saved it for lunch at work the one day I made it and it t’was mushy. I 100% believe it would be WAAY BETTER if I made the sandwich for lunch and then ate it. My husband said he would like bacon added to it. All good just would recommend eating it before it sits too long. Also a good sauce will bring more flavor to the table too.
