I made this soup for a hearty meal. I used ground beef and I had some frozen stewed tomatoes from a local farm. added the chopped carrots, cabbage and celery with some paprika as well. This turned out amazing. We traditionally eat with bread and butter. It made plenty and I had a lot left over for my lunch the next day. This recipe is easy to follow and only took 45 minutes total. I cut up veggies while cooking the ground d beef. Yum!
