I’m not sure if I cooked it long enough, or mixed the ingredients well enough. It was very moist when I took it out of the oven, I could see liquid on top sizzling - is that right? The cake batter also wasn’t Completely firm but because it’s a moist cake I didn’t know if this was normal. I baked it in the oven for 40 mins.
