Ran out of an ingredient for my planned dinner, but found this and had most of the ingredients for it. Didn't have any Quorn, but added garlic and peas.
Took a while to get all the parts cooked, but it wasn't difficult.
I didn't blanch the broccoli in the interest of time, but it meant the broccoli still felt raw.
Not a ton of flavor, but it's nice and you can taste the vegetables
Note to self: completely fills the skillet, so put it in a baking dish
