Oh yeah! I really made this my own. I roasted the Chickpeas and the sweet potatoes on the same pan like the recipe said. I added brown sugar, garlic powder, Thyme and basil to my sweet potato seasoning. Finished them off with a bit of oil and brown sugar on top, low broil for about 3 to 5 min. I added chopped onion to the chickpeas too. I had to have some sautéed mushrooms with this! Maybe a little less Parsley. I felt it was too much so i added more onions and tomatoes to balance it. Add some turkey meat and your 7 year old will love it! This was too good!
