This was good! I had to season it a lot more than I was expecting though, so maybe keep that in mind. I also stuffed a cube of mozzarella cheese in 3 of them and that was very good! I think next time I’ll season the peppers while steaming them as they were bland. Good though and a great base recipe for customization.
