← Replies in Herb and Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe

This says it is supposed to be a 35 minute meal, but it starts with roasting garlic for an hour and then peeling and chopping potatoes. I'm so sick of recipes stating far under the amount of time they realistically take.
