This is a kind of lethara, which means "the one eith the oil"
The key to lethara and the way ppl eating a traditional greek/mediterranean diet have it is not with a little bit of oil.
We made the dish and both agreed it was missing something. Was it acid? No, we tried lemon juice, we salted etc. Then i read about lethara.
The next day when reheating i added like 1/3 cup of olive oil. My friends I tell you THIS IS THE WAY.
THERE was the familiar delicious savory flavor from greek restaurants
Do not skimp on the oil.
