Ooohhhhh YUMMMM!! These turned out really tasty. ๐ I made just a few changes... I did not use broccoli, I used a large potato instead and I added one more can of beans. I prefer to use lightly, a healthier avocado spray. For convenience, I used frozen spinach and canned sauce.

๐ฅ 2 mists 100% Avocado Oil Spray

๐ฅ 1 teaspoon ground cumin
๐ฅ 1/2 teaspoon pepper
๐ฅ 1 tsp garlic salt
๐ฅ 2 tbsp Low Sodium Taco Seasonings
๐ฅฌ 6 ounces frozen baby spinach (drained & defrosted)
๐ซ 2 cans (15 oz) organic black beans, (drained and rinsed)
๐ง 2 cups shredded Mozerella Low Fat Part Skim Cheese
๐ซ 8 Ole Xtreme whole wheat high fiber tortillas lg
๐ฝ 2 cups white corn
This was very delicious and my family loved it... I will definitely be making this again!! It also made plenty of left overs- bonus.
