So good. Made with 11% protein flour. Just made my next batch with the flour you recommended (Manitoba, ordered it specially). Could already feel the difference in the stretching and folding. Much better. Cannot wait for tomorrow, gonna for the garlic butter and cheese stuffed variation this time 🥰
