Ate immediately so didn't get a chance to take photo but this was unbelievably good! I had carrots, onion and garlic to use up so this was a quick and easy way to do it. I spent nothing!
I used chicken stock and regular butter.
Spices added were 1/4 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tap of curry powder. Worked beautifully.
