I just made one the other day as a pizza and it was awesome. It does take extra time to cook though, with the sauce and cheese on top.

I’d use a bigger tray if you’re going to pizza…spread it out and dimple and par bake for 10 mins and then add on sauce and toppings and bake for another 10-12 mins or until toppings look done! The par baking ensures you don’t get a soggy middle from the extra moisture from the sauce (and making it a bit thinner than a normal slab of focaccia helps with this too!)
