I really liked the taste of this recipe! Some things I did differently. Make sure all ingredients are room temp. Melted the butter then added sugar to melt the sugar also. Mix lukewarm milk with eggs as written. Do everything else as written. 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup plain flour and 2 tsp baking powder If apples go above cake mix, I melted more butter to spread on top to cover exposed apples. Bake for 30-35 mins fan forced
