This was my first time making fish and it turned out perfectly. The sauce also came out wonderfully though I wish the recipe said what to season the tomatoes and spinach with because it can taste salty of you keep reusing the same three spices over and over again. After I added the cream I put in marjoram, oregano, and thyme.
