Yum! This one was a hit. I made a double batch.
I didn't have hoisin, so I used half the amount of BBQ sauce instead. I made it with 1 pound of ground pork, 1/2 cup shredded carrots, and 1/2 cup frozen peas.
I didn't measure the rice, just cooked 2 cups of jasmine rice and used it all. We skipped the bean sprouts.
