Did not add the olives or tomato paste (didn't have) and I replaced the feta with shredded Monterey jack cheese. It was pretty good for my first try, but it did rise kinda funny. Maybe I just filled the muffin tins too much. They are delicious though! Next time I will add picked jalapenos and not fill the tins so full.
