A lille crumbly but not as bad as most.
Best to make "wings" with 2 pieces of parchment paper with a piece going each direction for ease to lift out of pan.
Also I used 1 cup Paleo Powder Grain Free Breadless Breading instead of breadcrumbs and this really helped with the flavor but don't use any additional salt.
And if anyone can prep all those veggies in 10 mins, you are good.
