Definitely salty with the chorizo, sour cream, tomato and avocado helped balance it. Sauted some bell pepper with the whites of a green onion, then added the greens of the g-onion on top at the end. Little spicy. So, if your sensitive, maybe substitute chorizo. Adding the rest of the toppings though does cool down, adding flavorful spice. This fed me and my husband. So more like two servings.
