Crumble and saute sausage then removed from pot. Saute onions, carrots, and celery in one tablespoon olive oil for 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes covered. Add cream cheese and half cup broth and whisked together in center of pot. Add the rest of the broth, the canned tomatoes, and the tortellini. And the spinach. Bring to a boil and cook 4 minutes. Add in salt, pepper, basil, and oregano, and add the sausage back in. Heat until hot and serve.
