Absolutely delicious recipe! A few suggestions- if your chicken broth is full sodium, definitely wait until the end to add more salt, it may be just fine as it is. I double the chicken in the recipe and the whole family agreed it was the right move. Lastly, I found canned hominy in the Mexican section at the store, used that instead of chickpeas and couldn't have been happier, easily just as good as the best posole I've had at any restaurant!
