We don't have canned chicken cream so I just used heavy cream and it turned out great! A bit runny for a casserole (idk if runny is a good word, English is not my first language) but very tasty, kind of like Mac 'n cheese but with rice and meat 😄
I have autism and it comes with food selectivity but it was a great dish that helps to smuggle some vegetables.
