Very good! Made it with cod, scallops and shrimp (I omitted the clams). Added the shrimp about 5 minutes before serving so that they wouldn't over cook. I also pureed the onions, celery and carrots (after sauteing then), which made the chowder extra smooth and creamy. I omitted the corn, only because I was wanting a chowder that was closer to one that my mother in law used to make (which only had potatoes, no corn).
