I've been really craving noodles and cooking projects, so instead of busting out a bag of ramen noodles and throwing away the flavor packet, I decided to make these hand-stretched noodles myself. I keep an ever-dwindling jar of my homemade chili oil tucked away in the fridge though, so I didn't go the full nine yards and pour hot oil over them after cooking. It definitely took a while to make these noodles, but they were just SO GOOD. Definitely a project I'll have to make into a tradition. Next time I'll have to take my jaw to the gym first though, those noodles were LONG. Twice my wingspan end to end.
