Really surprisingly good! Too much red pepper flakes (and we like spice), so I'll cut that to about 3/4tsp next time, and I had to add some water here and there and take longer too cook (likely due to my pasta) but a sound recipe! We hate zucchini, but there wasn't one single complaint of it here (and I enjoyed it). I did sweat the zucc before adding it, not sure if that makes a big difference. I used a little cheese (vegan) but it wasn't necessary, the dish is great and robust without. Add crusty bread to clean your plate ;)
