This is my daughter's favourite cake. I've been making this for many years. If you want a smaller cake just half the recipe and use a brownie tin. If took about 30 mind to bake in the smaller size.

Hi Ali, I'm having trouble making this cake and am wondering if I'm using the wrong size of tablespoon? I have 20 ml and 15 ml spoons. Will you please tell me what size of tablespoon you used for your successful cake?

My tablespoon measures are 15ml. Hope that helps. It's such a lovely cake.
