Made this for a dinner party and it was a big hit! It’s basically roasted sweet potatoes but with a little extra honey and spice. The yogurt sauce (mix lime juice with the yogurt, a bit of olive oil and some salt and pepper) are what make this really interesting. Will definitely make again! Recipe requires subscription, but just toss the sweet potatoes with the spices honey and olive oil, roast, and mix the yogurt, lime, olive oil, salt and pepper and drizzle on top)
