This really didn’t work well with spaghetti. The inherent flavor of Beyond Beef is so strong, even with herbs and seasoning added. The flavor really fell short. I would’ve preferred diced tomatoes instead of whole peeled tomatoes. I think adding a parmesan rind would’ve helped too. I ended up using the leftover sauce as a lasagna filling. That tasted much better.
