Soooo good and easy to make! I made homemade oatmilk first; and used the “pulp” from that for the bread dough. I also ran out of honey, so I threw in two heaping tablespoons of brown sugar instead. Just the right amount of sweet, not too much. Tastes amazing with real butter. I plan to make this weekly; as it’s easy enough and I’ll be making oatmilk too. Waste not want not.
