Instant staple over here! Only thing I did different was use rotini instead of penne, cut my sausage (andouille) into smaller pieces and used who knows how much garlic. Lol Heavy whipping cream is the same as heavy cream. (36% milk fat or higher). Fantastic recipe! Easy to make, literally one pot, plenty of leftovers, solid winner!!
