Amazing recipe! Came out beautifully with a nice crumb and texture. I did 1 cup of Stevia and 1/2c of sugar and it still worked out, though next time I’d make it sweeter with more sugar or chocolate chips. Very chocolaty, and the boiling water absolutely activates the cocoa (I did dutch and it turned out a beautiful dark color). As they are gf they will dry out after a few days, so store them or eat them quickly!
