I cooked it at 350 for 30 minutes and switched the pans half way through. I added a little more than a tablespoon of rice wine vinegar for acidity, white pepper, and a tablespoon of ginger to the sauce as well. After i poured the sauce on I added a drizzle of sesame oil. It came out great. My son loved it even the veggies and he's a picky eater.
