So, I personally won't be making this again- but let me explain why..
I gave this a try, having never tried teriyaki sauce, nor salmon. Considering my eating disorder, this in itself is a huge step!
Turns out.. I don't like salmon. But that's okay, because the sauce was amazing. Not only that, but my partner (also suffers from ARFID) tried this with me - he was obsessed!
It might not be a huge win for me on my quest to find healthier foods, but I'm glad this recipe could inspire a step in the right direction for my partner!
