Cut recipe in half and had to make a few adjustments for our liking. We had a family recipe that my husband loved but was all canned soups so crazy high in fat and sodium. This was delicious and easy. Used a 10 oz can of whole clams and chopped myself. Doubled pepper. Used canned diced potatoes (drained) as a shortcut. Added 2oz reduced fat sharp white cheddar.
