This is a great basic salad for fussy people and/or beginners, once you’ve got it together you’ll inherently decide there’s a little something(s) you can add to make it more delicious! My daughter ate the whole salad apart from the chick peas so thats a great rating!
A great lunch salad to throw together when you are meal prepping for the week ahead because it keeps so well, each day I simply add a protein of choice when I’m ready to eat.
The recipe does not state this but if you ice water bathe the pasta once it’s cooked the whole recipe will come together so quickly. This should always be done when eating the cooked pasta chilled because it stops the cooking process.
