I cut the red pepper flakes in half as a matter of preference. I used ground chicken breast so I didn't really need to drain any grease off, but you might need to depending on the fat content of your chicken. For that reason, be sure to use a pan and parchment that won't let the grease drip into your oven like an unlined pizza pan would do. The taste and texture was very similar to the Keto crust at Blaze pizza restaurants.
