Very good lemon cupcake, and the frosting is pretty good too. My cupcakes turned out a bit more dense than I thought it would be but it's very tasty. I would add more raspberry to the frosting, and probably refrigerate it a bit before frosting because mine kind of melted. Overall very easy to make and is certain to be a hit 🧁
