A all time favorite go-to for dinner. Works well with other white fish, too. In fact, cod is one of my favorite choices for this dish (and cheaper). Sometimes, I add more butter at the end though the minimum works fine. It's just a bit richer, in a good way, with more butter. I tend to also double the dry ingredients so the mix doesn't get clumpy/run out before I finish coating the fish. I also like to use enough paprika to give the whole piece of fish a good dusting. This one's a fav at my house, super easy and quick to make.
