Just used a can of great northern beans.
Heated on the stove top w/a bit of the aquafava + some better than bullion, black and red pepper and some fresh lemon juice. Sauteed the garlic and onions separately while the beans warmed up, then dumped them in with the beans.
Threw the kale in the same pan the onions had been in & stirred it around until just wilted while the bread toasted. Easy and fairly tasty!
