This was addictive! The sauce was incredible. I used one can of chopped tomatoes with one zucchini, 2 cloves of garlic and 3/4 cup coconut milk. Since I salted the water to boil the pasta, I only added about 1/2 tsp more salt and also added about 1-2 tbsp honey to cut the sourness of the tomatoes. Blending this was truly inspired and I used 6 leaves of fresh basil from my garden, along with 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp paprika to season it.
