Really delicious as is…a touch too spicy for 2 of our 3 children so tried halving the curry paste amount. Still a nice amount of spice but this time they were licking their plates clean! Would keep the paste amount the same for just my husband and I/other adults. Would be easy to double and chuck in whatever veg needs eating up instead of pork to keep the cost down.
