I loved it, and the pan was almost empty, but the people in my house were kind of underwhelmed. I added 2 cans of black beans, an extra can of Rotel tomatoes, and instead of making the cornbread I used a premix of famous Dave’s corn bread.
My husband’s exact comment was “it was good, just not anything that would make me excited for supper”
So…do with that what you will. Again, I liked it, but I think you should up the spice factor because of the sweetness of the cornbread.
