Apparently this is a love it or hate it recipe based on the comments. I absolutely loved it but my wife didn't like how dry the chickpeas were after roasting alongside the sweet potato. You may want to put these on a separate tray and roast for a different length of time near the end of the bake.
I used an entire lemon's worth of juice for the tomato/onion/parsley topping and it was well worth it.
